Formerly a chapel, built in 1854, the Great Hall now provides an impressive entertaining space. Linked to the Vestry kitchen through the original chapel doors, there is space to cook and eat in style…..

The Great Hall is for residential guests only. We do not usually accept hen or stag parties but you are welcome to contact us about this and we do vary our terms on a case by case basis.

In all cases, please advise us if the Hall is to be used by non residential guests.

For a reception or other event, an additional charge is payable  (to cover public liability etc). The surcharge will depend on the number of guests.
